1. General Doubts/ Questions

A. In general, the number of group size varies depending on the occasionanddestination scheduled. From 2-3 to average group size 10-12 and big group size will be in the range of 30 to 50.
A. You can change your travel plan. There shall be certain deviation charges for making new arrangements. The office staff canhelp you for furtherguidance.
A. We cannot make any last moment adjustmentsneither to the itinerary nor date of the trip, but in case of genuine unavoidable situation, we may do the routing or date of the tour, as the case may be, just for your safety.
A: Certainly, you can prolong your tour with prior intimation of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be accommodated when the tour is in progress.
A: Yes, upon request, we can provide the LTC, if prior indicationis given about your need at the time of booking the travel.
A: It’s a paperless document with a unique confirmation number that replaces the paper ticket. You can request a copy to be sent to your smart phone or e-mail id
A: Yes, all travelers are required to carry at least one photo identification proof in the form of driving license, election ID card, PAN card, passport and for students their school / college ID card. Added to this, at certain sightseeing places any ID proof (except PAN card) is required which is specified on the particular tour journey page on our website

2. Booking Payment, Tour Price & Discount

A. Booking your tour can be done at Adishakti Travels Office and also on Adishakti Travels websitethru online.
A. If payment is done for the complete amount on a single installment, 15 days before departure then you will be benefited as you get discount on full payment. Though it is not compulsory to pay the complete amount, you can pay the registration amount to book and pay the balance payment later.
A. The tour package includes only travelling cost of the vehicle, parking charges and toll charges. The tour package price is exclusive of your accommodation, all food, sightseeing, entrance charges, local guide services, etc
A. Yes, there are advance-booking discount for all tours on paying full registration amount at the time of booking. Discounts are given on first cum first serve basis. They are valid for limited seats, limited period, and limited tours.
A. Yes, AdishaktiTravels does have discount for repeat clients and senior citizens. The travel consultant or office staff will provide more details and guide further when you book the tour.
A. Yes, they can pay the same thru online but only in Indian currency. Any transaction charges imposed by the bank will be borne by you / your son / daughter.

3. Refund

A. If the cancellation of your tour by us, you will get complete refund of actual amount paid by you. In case, you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges as applicable will be deducted as per the cancellation policy of AdishaktiTravels
A. It is possible, your refund amount is transferable to other tours or to your friends and relatives. We require the Authority Letter duly signed from you, to transfer the services to any of your friends/ family members / relatives.
A. Once the guest agrees on refund amount, it takes 7-8 working days to process refunds,
A. The refund amount is credited thru the same mode of payment that you had used to book the tour, in only case if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for refund will be 'Account Payee' Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments, which is non-refundable.
A. Online refunds are possible, if the booking was done online. If we cancels the tour for whatsoever reason, then the entire tour cost will be refunded. But if the cancellation done by the guest then Cancellation charges will be deducted and service charges as applicable by the bank transactions cannot be borne by us.

4. On Tour

A. It depends as per the requirement, we may plan night journeys, but we normally avoid night journeys on tour as far as possible.
A. Generally, we have to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks, sometimes for a long distance, however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Leader.
A. Yes, we give telephonic wakeup call through the driver, however it is advisable to have your mobile alarms set to be on the safer side.
A. We recommend you to have a qualified person accompanying the guest who needs such special assistance as individual assistance cannot be given to such guest by the Guide considering he has to manage the entire group.
A. You can bring your own wheel chair and move at most of the sightseeing places but a qualified companion must accompany guest who are traveling on wheelchair.
A. Travels provides the same be mentioned in the respective tour itinerary page on the website.
A. Sure, your friend/ relative is always welcome. S/he can join us on tour subject to your intimation to us at the time of your booking and payment of prescribed charges to make him / her eligible to join our tour and avail our services on tour.
A. Our Driver/ Guide will provide information about the shopping areas on tour;however, s/he will not suggest/recommend / promote any particular shop, area etc. to you.
A. If you fall sick on tour, kindly inform the Tour Coordinator/ Guide immediately. The Tour Coordinator will assist you in making all arrangements for the medical aid, doctor on call etc. However, the expenses will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays a major role hence we highly recommend that you should get yourself and your family insured adequately before travel.

5. Tour Leader / Guide

Group Leader/ Tour Guide service will be available only in cases of group tours booked with Bus/ Mini-Bus. However, they are not responsible for baggage or any kind of personal belongings.
A: The Tour Leader/ Guide will normally communicate or give directions in Hindi and English.
A. We will arrange one Tour Leader/ Guide for the entire group (more than 20 guests) and associated by one helper if the group size is more than 50 guests.
